Inactive Chapter List 

Chapters that are listed on the list below are deemed inactive in Mu Phi Sigma. These Chapters are unable to participate in the following while under the inactive status: 
  • Conduct Membership Intake
  • Sponsor or Participate in Community Service Events (excluding fellowship) 
  • Sponsor or Participate in Social Events (excluding fellowship)​ 

*These limitations are for Chapter facilitation, as a collective unit, not individual members. 

Inactive Member List 

Members that are listed on the list below are deemed inactive in Mu Phi Sigma. These members are unable to participate in the following while under the inactive status: 
  • Hold the Dean of Pledges or Assistant Dean of Pledges position
  • Participate in Community Service Events (excluding fellowship)
  • Participate in Social Events (excluding fellowship)
  • Attend Chapter Meetings
  • Attend Intake Ceremonies 
  • Hold an office within their Chapter​
  • Participate in the official fraternity business meeting during Conclave

*These limitations pertain to individual members not a specific Chapter or Region.  Members must remain financial or render reasonable service within their chapter and/or for the great good of the organization. 

Chapters and Members failing to adhere to the Regional and Chapter Structure guidelines will pay the following assessment penalties: 
  • 1st Offense $25.00
  • 2nd $50.00 with a six month probation
  • 3rd $107.00 with a one year probation
