Updates and Announcements
All monthly chapter reports should be submitted to regional directors. RDs are allowed to set their own timeline for which they are due. Regional reports(financial and business) are due every quarter with the first to be due this March on the 14th day of the month. Chapter financial reports are also due,per quarter, and are to be submitted to the regional director only! (This will allow all RDs to report accurately to nationals) All templates can be found on our website under the member portal.
In addition, a list of inactive chapters will be released today via our website. Please check to make sure that your chapter is not on the list if you know you have paid the chapter assessment to nationals. If you have not, but are still looking to do so, the fees are now $128. (28 dollars for the late fee).
Other list to be released today are:
Approved Vendors (please adhere to this list as all vendors, including frat, are not approved vendors to replicate our crest and letters)

Chapter Assessments
Executive Administrators of the General Council
Greetings all,
Chapter Assessments were due to Nationals on January 7 to be paid via PayPal using the email [email protected].
Chapter Assessments were also due to Regions on January 7 to be paid to Regional Directors. This assessments may be split bi-quarterly. (January and July)
Individual Member Assessments are due March 15 and should be submitted to Nationals in one collective payment from each chapter using the same PayPal method to [email protected].

Just a reminder that all Regional reports are due tomorrow by 7:27pm. Please email them to [email protected]. Regional directors check your emails for the guilelines of this report. Any questions please reach out ASAP.
Also all MPYS branch leaders from the five branches please inbox me as soon as possible. Your report for Conclave is also due.

Attention Mu Phi Sigma!
With member numbers being distributed, anyone who is interested in purchasing a membership card should indicate that to the chapter president. Cards are 3$. The card is for your last financial year if you are not currently financial (paid your National Assessments.)
Example: if you crossed in 2014 and you have never paid national assessments since, then you will have a card from 2014.
Assessments will change January 1, 2022. After which the costs will raise. (We will offer information at conclave)
If you want to get more than one card, you can get a card for every year you were/are financial. Each card is 3$.
Moving forward there will be a new card each year and anyone not paying national dues will not receive a card.
Chapter Presidents should send payments to Rodrick Tyrone Grant with a list of your member names, last financial year, and member number. (Email list)

On behalf of the Septem and Grand Chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National Fraternity, We would like to wish each and everyone of you an outstanding Founder's Day and announce to the fold the New appointed officers of Alpha Mu Alumni Chapter for the Greater Norfolk/ Hampton Roads area. President * Mr. Frank Leckron and Mr. Wendell Green Vice. President. Congratulations Brothers! TGFR!
